By using D-Pass, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Service Description
D-Pass is a SaaS platform for creating, managing, and publishing EU Digital Product Passports.
2. Account & Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your DPP data. You must keep your account credentials secure.
3. Subscription & Billing
We offer a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. VAT applies per EU Directive 2006/112/EC.
4. Data Ownership
You own your DPP data. We claim no ownership over the product information you enter.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is capped at 12 months of subscription fees. We are not liable for incorrect DPPs published to the EC.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes shall be resolved in Sofia.
